Software needed to Download Presentation Materials

This site makes extensive use of the Adobe PDF system of publishing and sharing files. In virtually every instance where slide presentations have been made available for online viewing, they are available as PDF files. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer to view and print PDF files. If you do not have this installed on your computer, you may download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free by clicking on the Adobe icon.

Viewing and Printing Presentation Materials

Once you have Acrobat Reader installed to your computer and find the PDF file you would like to view and/or print, left clicking on a (or just clicking, on a Mac) PDF file will launch Acrobat Reader and open the file. Since PDF files are a visual representation of print instructions, printing from Acrobat Reader, rather than from web pages, will be faster and cleaner.

Downloading Presentation Materials

You may also download the PDF files for future reference. To begin downloading, right click (or Option-click on a Mac) the PDF file link. Choose the "Save Target As" option if using a Microsoft browser (If using a Netscape browser, choose "Save Link As"). Then, save the file to your desired location.
